Determination Of Premises Licence Review Application.
The Sub-Committee decided to cut the hours for licensable activities. Alcohol sales and indoor live or recorded music must now stop at 23:00 each day, and the club must close at 23:30. On New Year's Eve, alcohol sales end at 01:00 and the club closes at 01:30. The Sub-Committee also replaced all non-mandatory licence conditions with the conditions in Appendix 17 of the report. It removed Mr Ross Perkins as Designated Premises Supervisor, the named person in day-to-day charge of alcohol sales.
Items are linked when their titles share most of their words and they fall within 18 months of each other. Councils don't number reports across meetings, so a few links may be wrong, and a step may be missing if its title changed a lot. Each step links to the meeting, where the council's own papers are.
