All Wales Model Constitution and Constitution Guide
RESOLVED: 1. That the Committee considered the model constitution and accompanying guides; 2. That the Committee established a Working Group to consider in detail the model constitution and accompanying guides and it be formed of the Chairperson of the Committee and Councillors M Hughes, RM James, R Smith and I Spiller prior to them being presented to Cabinet and Council for approval and adoption.

Constitution and Constitution Guide
RESOLVED: Cabinet 1. Approved the recommendations of the Democratic Services Working Group in so far as they related to the Executive functions (Appendix 4 of the report referred); 2. Approved the revised constitution (at Appendix 1) and constitution guide (Appendix 2 & 3) in relation to the Executive functions; 3. Noted that a report would be presented to Council on 19 October 2022 seeking approval to adopt the revised constitution and guide with effect from 1 December 2022.

Cymeradwyodd y Cyngor argymhellion Grŵp Gorchwyl a Gorffen y Pwyllgor Gwasanaethau Democrataidd, a chymeradwyodd y cyfansoddiad diwygiedig a'r canllawiau cyfansoddiad, i ddod i rym o 1 Rhagfyr 2022.
Mae eitemau'n cael eu cysylltu pan fydd eu teitlau'n rhannu'r rhan fwyaf o'u geiriau a'u bod o fewn 18 mis i'w gilydd. Dydy cynghorau ddim yn rhifo adroddiadau ar draws cyfarfodydd, felly gall ambell gysylltiad fod yn anghywir, a gall cam fod ar goll os newidiodd ei deitl yn fawr. Mae pob cam yn cysylltu â'r cyfarfod, lle mae papurau'r cyngor ei hun.
