RESOLVED that; The interim decision of the Licensing and Gambling Sub Committee in respect of an application for a Variation Premises Licence at Brew Monster is that the hearing, pursuant to regulation 12 of The Licensing Act 2003 (Hearings) Regulations 2005, be adjourned until 10am 3 October 2023. RESOLVED that; The decision of the Licensing and Gambling Sub Committee from the hearing held on 9 August 2023 and 3 October 2023 in respect of an application for a Variation Premises Licence at Brew Monster is that the variation of the licence is granted subject to conditions.
