Cyfarfu Panel Apeliadau ar 17 Ebrill 2026 heb ymddiheuriadau na datganiadau o fuddiant. Ystyriodd yr aelodau brawf budd y cyhoedd a chytunwyd y dylid gwahardd y cyhoedd o weddill y cyfarfod. Y rheswm oedd y byddai'r busnes yn cynnwys gwybodaeth eithriedig, sef gwybodaeth y caiff y gyfraith ganiatáu i gyngor ei chadw'n breifat.

   Public Interest Test

   Y penderfyniad fel y'i cofnodwyd

   RESOLVED that in accordance with Section 100A(4) of the Local Government Act 1972 the public be excluded from the remainder of the meeting because of the likely disclosure to them of exempt information as identified in paragraph 12 of Part 4 of Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972.

   Members considered the Public Interest Test and concluded that on balance the public interest in maintaining the exemption outweighed the public interest in disclosing the information. RESOLVED that in accordance with Section 100A(4) of the Local Government Act 1972 the public be excluded from the remainder of the meeting because of the likely disclosure to them of exempt information as identified in paragraph 12 of Part 4 of Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972.
