Dechreuodd y cyfarfod gydag ymddiheuriadau gan dri o bobl. Yna cytunodd y pwyllgor yn unfrydol i gynnal gweddill y cyfarfod yn breifat. Mae'r gyfraith yn caniatáu hyn pan fydd y cyfarfod yn trafod gwybodaeth eithriedig, sef gwybodaeth y caiff cynghorau ei chadw oddi wrth y cyhoedd.

   To receive apologies for absence

   There were apologies for absence received from Cllr E. Davies, it was noted that Cllr E. M Aldworth was attending as her substitute, there were apologies from Cllr P. Cook, it was noted that Cllr M. Adams was attending as her substitute. There were apologies from C. Andrews (Deputy Leader and Cabinet Member for Education, Communities and Transformation).

   Public Interest Tests

   Y penderfyniad fel y'i cofnodwyd

   RESOLVED that in accordance with Section 100A (4) of the Local Government Act 1972 the public be excluded from the remainder of the meeting because of the likely disclosure to them of exempt information as identified in paragraphs 12 and 14 of Part 4 of Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972.

   Members considered the public interest test certificates from the Proper Officer and concluded that on balance the public interest in maintaining the exemption outweighed the public interest in disclosing the information. By show of hands this was unanimously agreed. RESOLVED that in accordance with Section 100A (4) of the Local Government Act 1972 the public be excluded from the remainder of the meeting because of the likely disclosure to them of exempt information as identified in paragraphs 12 and 14 of Part 4 of Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972.
