RESOLVED: (a) That the Planning Committee be minded to grant conditional planning permission, subject to a planning condition requiring replacement Cordyline Autralis trees (minimum 2m height) in the landscaping scheme and the Welsh Ministers withdrawal of the holding direction. (b) That the Development and Building Control Manager be authorised to determine the application under delegation, subject to the Welsh Ministers withdrawing the holding direction.
