RESOLVED: That, as the questions within the consultation were more operational, the Chief Executive and the Head of Democratic Services be authorised to provide a response to the Welsh Government consultation on the Single Transferable Vote rules.

Single Transferable Vote (STV)
RESOLVED: That the Council does not initiate a consultation exercise conducted in accordance with the requirements of the Local Government & Elections (Wales) Act 2021, on a proposal to change the Council’s voting system to the Single Transferable Vote.
