RESOLVED- (a) That the Planning Committee be minded to grant conditional planning permission. (b) That, in accordance with approved procedure, the application be referred back to the next meeting of the Planning Committee for further consideration, as the resolution was contrary to the officer’s recommendation. Note: Councillor Austin Roberts (Chair) declared a personal interest in the above item as he is friends with the applicant’s father. RESOLVED: (a) That the Planning Committee reaffirm the resolution of the October, 2023 Planning Committee meeting to be minded to grant conditional planning permission. (b) That the Development and Building Control Manager be authorised to determine the application under delegation. Note: Councillor Austin Roberts (Chair) declared a personal interest in the above item as he is friends with the applicant’s father. As the interest was considered prejudicial, Councillor Roberts left the meeting whilst the matter was being discussed and the Vice-Chair, Councillor Ifor Lloyd, took the Chair.
