RESOLVED: (a) That the Governance and Audit Committee endorse the external regulatory reports and accompanying action plans responding to recommendation and proposals for improvement. (b) That an update report and action plan on Experiences of Peer on Peer sexual harassment in education settings (Estyn Review) be presented to a future meeting of the Governance and Audit Committee (c) That the Experiences of Peer on Peer sexual harassment in education settings be incorporated into the established audit of schools review in order to provide further reassurance.

Progress made on recommendations included within external regulatory reports
RESOLVED: a) That the progress made on recommendations and proposals for improvement included within external audit reports be noted. b) That subject to confirmation from the Benefits Manager that recommendations regarding the take up of financial entitlements for older people had been addressed, the removal of recommendations from future compliance reports be approved.
