RESOLVED: That the case reported by the Public Services Ombudsman for Wales (PSOW) be noted. Note: In the interest of transparency, Gill Murgatroyd (Independent Member) declared a personal interest in the above Agenda Item as she is a Member of the Flintshire Standards Committee. As the interest was not considered prejudicial, Ms Murgatroyd remained in the meeting room whilst the item was discussed and voted upon.
