RESOLVED: a) That the Planning Committee be minded to grant conditional planning permission for a temporary period of up to three years. b) That the application be referred back to the Planning Committee as the resolution was contrary to Officers’ recommendation. c) That the Development and Building Control Manager be authorised to determine the application under delegation. Note: Councillor Ifor Lloyd declared a personal interest in the above item as he is the local member.
