RESOLVED: That the Pay Policy Statement 2022/2023 and appendices, including the Local Government Pension Scheme (LGPS) Discretionary Pension Statement, be approved.

RESOLVED: That the Pay Policy Statement for 2024/2025 and appendices including the Local Government Pension Scheme (LGPS) Discretionary Pension Statement be approved. Note: In the interest of transparency, the Chief Executive, Strategic Directors and Chief Officers declared a personal interest in the above item as the policy related to their pay and left the meeting whilst the item was discussed and voted upon.
