RESOLVED: a) That the Planning Committee be minded to grant conditional planning permission. b) That the application be referred back to the next meeting of the Planning Committee on the basis that the resolution is contrary to Officers’ recommendation. Note: Councillor Austin Roberts declared a personal interest in the above item, as he is an acquaintance of the applicant’s grandfather. As the interest was not considered prejudicial, Councillor Roberts was able to speak and vote on the matter.

RESOLVED: (a) That the Planning Committee be minded to grant planning permission, subject to conditions to include restricting the occupancy of the proposed dwelling to a rural enterprise worker and the removal of householder permitted development rights. (b) That the Development and Building Control Manger be authorised to determine the application under delegation. (Note: Councillor Austin Roberts declared a personal interest as is an acquaintance of the applicant’s grandfather. As the interest was not considered prejudicial, Councillor Roberts was able to speak and vote on the matter.)
