RESOLVED- That the update report on the Conwy Harbour operations and developments be noted. RECOMMENDATION TO CABINET:- That, as a priority, consideration be given to investigating all avenues of funding, to install Wi-Fi on the Quay, together with live camera footage on the Quay for users.

RECOMMENDATION TO CABINET:- That Cabinet be advised of the condition of the pontoons and moorings, their vulnerability and need for repair/replacement and consider supporting a Capital Business Case for the works.

RESOLVED- That the update report on the Conwy Harbour operations and developments be noted and a pause and review of the introduction of commercial vessel mooring fees be supported, pending further clarity on the decision making process, particularly where the delegated authority to make such decisions sits. RECOMMENDATION TO CABINET:- (a) That Conwy County Borough Council continue to trace owners of abandoned equipment and other materials, in order to remove/dispose from the quayside.
