AGREED: That the report be noted and further enquiries be made in terms of alternative options for the flood gate located on the Quay.

AGREED: (a) That the update report on Conwy Harbour Operations be noted and a further update on the safe disposal of flares be reported to the next meeting of the Conwy Harbour Advisory Committee, together with an update on the request for basic showering facilities on the Quay. (b) That the Conwy Harbour Master be requested to approach Conwy Town Council, on behalf of the Committee, to consider replenishing the sand on the slip way located by Parisella’s kiosk.

RESOLVED- That the update report on the Conwy Harbour operations and developments be noted. RECOMMENDATION TO CABINET:- That the Harbour Reserves should not be directed to any other services and should be protected and used for the function of Conwy Harbour.
