Audited Annual Finance and Governance Report (Statement of Accounts) 2022/2023
RESOLVED: a) That the Annual Finance and Governance Report 2022/2023, including the audited final Statement of Accounts 2022/2023 and Annual Governance Statement, be approved. b) That the Conwy Harbour Accounts (Annual Return) for 2022/2023 be approved. c) That the contents of the Final Letter of Representation be agreed and that authority be given to the Chair of the Governance and Audit Committee to sign the letter. d) That the content of the letter that Audit Wales have recently issued to all Local Government bodies be noted.
