RESOLVED: (a) That the Planning Committee be minded to grant conditional planning permission, subject to the amended condition to ensure that the mast was only constructed if it was used by a minimum of two of the mobile electronic communications code operators. (b) That the Development and Building Control Manager be authorised to determine the application under delegation.
