RESOLVED: That the application be deferred to allow for the submission of additional information regarding sustainability (farm diversification) and to address the concerns of the Highways Officer, on the provision that the applicant agrees to an extension to the target date for determination to allow for referral to the August meeting of the Planning Committee. RESOLVED: That consideration of the application be deferred to allow for the submission of additional information regarding farm diversification, on the provision that officers are given delegated authority to agree an extension to the target date for determination with the applicant, to allow for referral of the application to the October meeting of the Planning Committee. NOTE: Councillor Austin Roberts declared a personal interest in the above item. (b) That, in accordance with approved procedure, the application be referred back to the next meeting of the Planning Committee for further consideration, as the resolution was contrary to officers’ recommendation.
