RESOLVED: a) That a report be presented to a future meeting of the Finance and Resources Overview and Scrutiny Committee in relation to the Parc Eirias 3G pitch and associated costs. RECOMMENDED TO CABINET: b) That the net addition of £11.680m to the 2022/2023 capital programme be approved. c) That the final capital outturn position for 2022/2023 of £49.790m, which includes advance spending of £1.174m relating to 2023/2024 budgeted capital schemes be noted. d) That the remaining 2022/2023 capital programme of £41.363m be carried forward and added to the 2023/2024 capital programme. e) Th…

(b) That the final capital outturn position for 2022/2023 of £49.790m, which includes advance spending of £1.174m relating to 2023/2024 budgeted capital schemes be noted. (c) That the remaining 2022/2023 capital programme of £41.363m be carried forward and added to the 2023/2024 capital programme.

RECOMMENDED TO CABINET: (a) That the net addition of £2.261m to the 2023/2024 capital programme be approved. (b) That the final capital outturn position for 2023/2024 of £43.176m, which includes advance spending of £0.193m relating to 2024/25 budgeted capital schemes, be noted. (c) That the remaining 2023/2024 capital programme of £81.958m be carried forward, added to the 2024/2025 capital programme and approved.
