RESOLVED: That the Conwy Gypsy and Traveller Accommodation Assessment (G&T T&FG) be closed and a G&T Working Group be established in order to deliver Stage 2 of the work (Site(s) Assessment and Allocation (where required)). RESOLVED: a) That discussions take place with the Chair of the Asset Management Task and Finish Group, the County Valuer and Asset Manager, Leader and Deputy Leader in order to agree on how to proceed with the Asset Management Task and Finish Group. To Close the Replacement Local Development Plan (LDP) and Gypsy and Traveller Task and Finish Groups and Replace with New Governance Arrangements to Ensure Strong Project Management, Quality Assurance and Stakeholder Transparency.
RESOLVED- (a) That the current Replacement Local Development Plan (RLDP) Task and Finish Group be closed and the proposed 3 tier governance arrangements be established, with Member and Chair/Vice Chair representation, as detailed in the report (b) That the current Gypsy and Traveller Task and Finish Group be closed and the proposed Gypsy and Traveller Working Group be established with Member and Chair/Vice Chair representation, as detailed in the report.
