Proposed Dog Control Public Space Protection Order (PSPO) 2023
RESOLVED: That Officers be authorised to consult on the proposed Order with the Chief Officer of Police, the local policing body, and appropriate community representatives as required by the Anti-Social Behaviour Crime and Policing Act 2014.

RESOLVED- (a) That the extended and varied proposed Dog Control Public Space Protection Order, as at Appendix 2 of the report, which excludes the area of beach between Porth Eirias, Colwyn Bay and up to the small sandy beach at Rhos Point, Rhos on Sea from the proposed order, as consulted upon be agreed.
