RESOLVED- (a) That Option Two as a package of support for residents, that utilises the available funds, be approved. (b) That delegated authority be given to the Strategic Director - Finance and Resources, in consultation with the Cabinet Member for Finance Revenues and Benefits, to vary the exact payments, if necessary, to ensure that the available funds are fully and best utilised in order to ensure that the available funding is used to support those most in needs.
