RESOLVED: (a) That the Committee endorses the commencement of a formal consultation on ‘Additional Licensing’ for Houses of Multiple Occupation which will be open to the public and stakeholders. (b) To receive the outcome of the consultation exercise when it has been completed.

RESOLVED: (a) That Cabinet considered the outcomes of the public consultation with respect to Additional Houses in Multiple Occupation (HMO) Licensing for Flintshire; (b) That Cabinet approve the commencement of Additional Houses in Multiple Occupation (HMO) Licencing for Flintshire by designating the area of Flintshire County as being subject to additional licencing in relation to HMOs that meet the criteria set out the report; and (c) That delegate authority be given to the Chief Officer to issue licences to Additional Houses in Multiple Occupation (HMO’s) in accordance with the necessary…
