RESOLVED: That subject to the additional changes, the Committee approves the alterations to the Planning Code of Practice as identified in tracked changes shown in Appendix 2 to the report.

RESOLVED: That following amendment to incorporate the changes agreed during the meeting. the draft Planning Code of Practice to be submitted to the Chairs of the Committees that have considered the draft previously and following the outcome the draft to be submitted to the Constitution and Democratic Services Committee for recommendation to County Council
