Regulatory of Investigatory Powers Act Annual Report
RESOLVED: (a) That the Committee is assured that the recommendations from the most recent Investigatory Powers Commissioner's Office inspection have been implemented; and (b) That the Council’s Regulation of Investigatory Powers policy is approved.
