RESOLVED (a) That the Council maintains a bi-annually updated assessment of the anticipated cost associated with delivering Net Zero Council operations 2030, over and above business as usual activity. This, where possible, shall be undertaken in-line with nationally recognised methodologies for assessing costs and benefits.
