RESOLVED That the Council continue to make the decisions required for the Council’s Self-Assessment (and a panel performance assessment) be approved. That the Council delegate the decisions required for the Council’s Self-Assessment (and a panel performance assessment) to Cabinet be approved.

Consideration of a Local Choice Function: Self-Assessment and Panel Performance Assessment
RESOLVED That the Authority’s self-assessment and decisions required for its Panel Performance Assessment be undertaken by Council, considering recommendations made by the Improvement and Transformation Board.
