RESOLVED That the Governance and Audit Committee noted the updates provided regarding the Annual Governance Statements for 2020-21 and 2021-22 and did not identify any matters which required referral to Overview & Scrutiny Committees for further action or monitoring at this time.

RESOLVED That the Governance and Audit Committee had considered the updates provided within the Annual Governance Statement 2021-22 and had determined that there were no matters arising that should be referred to an Overview & Scrutiny Committee for further action or monitoring.
