Crown thinning to allow more light to penetrate to the front hedge, (an important feature of the Garden Village) and the wildlife pond in the front garden. Our agent TR33 e3stimaytes that 25 to 30% reduction and shaping of the crown is needed. The tree is also beginning to encroach on the roof of the front extension to the house. You have previously been sent photographs of the tree showing the density of the crown and its position in the street scene.

T1 Japanese Acer by house in rear garden, crown reduce by approximately 1 metre back to suitable live growth points T2 Apple regrowth from old stump in rear garden - fell regrowth back to ground level. T3 Purple Plum in rear garden, section fell as close as possible to ground level. T4 Silver Birch, crown reduce by approximately 2 to 3 metres from height and around 1 to 1.5 metres from radial spread.
