Ginkgo Biloba Front garden of the above address. Crown thinning to allow more light to penetrate to the front hedge, (an important feature of the Garden Village) and the wildlife pond in the front garden. Our agent TR33 e3stimaytes that 25 to 30% reduction and shaping of the crown is needed. The tree is also beginning to encroach on the roof of the front extension to the house. You have previously been sent photographs of the tree showing the density of the crown and its position in the street scene.
