RESOLVED Reason for decision To grant the application subject to the inclusion of mandatory conditions made under Section 19, Licensing Act 2003 (Supply of Alcohol) and the conditions and amendments to the application agreed by the applicant with the responsible authorities as detailed in Annex C of the report. The Sub-Committee were satisfied that the licensing objectives were promoted pursuant to the Licensing Act 2003.
