Presteigne Memorial Hall - Transfer of the Trusteeship
RESOLVED 1. To approve the transfer the Trusteeship of Presteigne Memorial Hall from Powys County Council to a committee who will be able to manage and maintain the building for the local community. 2. To approve the commission of the services of an external legal specialist in Charity Commission Law to guide and support the transfer.
