RESOLVED to award contracts as proposed in Option A. This option provides Powys residents and visitors with better access to essential services and offers a more sustainable way to travel and has been created with the ‘Sustainable Powys’ principles at its core. RECOMMENDED to Council an in year virement of £1.349m.

RESOLVED that the question be put. The recommendation to approve the virement was moved by County Councillor Jackie Charlton and seconded by County Councillor Pete Roberts and by 25 votes to 21 with 1 abstention it was RESOLVED to support the Cabinet’s decision on 24.6.25 to accept Option A as set in paragraph 3.4 to the report (as recommended by the ERC Scrutiny Committee) by approving the virement of £1.349m in this financial year from SPF grant, reserve and the Risk Budget as set out in Table 5 ,with the required funding for 2026/27 onwards to be considered as part of the normal budget se…
