RESOLVED 1. To note the full year outturn position for the year ended 31 March 2024 and the variances reported against the approved budget. 2. To approve the virements as set out in section 7 of the report.

RESOLVED 1. That Cabinet note the full year outturn position for the year ended 31 March 2025 and the variances reported against the approved budget. 2. The virements proposed as set out in section 7 are approved. 3. The reserve requests set out in Appendix D are approved.
