RESOLVED 1. To note the contents of the report in relation to corporate complaints from November 2022 – October 2023, and November 2023 – October 2024. 2. To acknowledge the contents of the Public Services Ombudsman’s annual letter dated 9th September 2024, in Appendix 7 and to inform the Public Services Ombudsman of the outcome. 3. To agree that the council will: · Continue to engage with the Public Services Ombudsman’s complaints standards work · Undertake a review of the Council’s corporate complaints process to include learning, action planning, reporting, ownership, with intelligence…
