RESOLVED 1. That the Board notes the outturn position for 2021/2022 2. That the Board approves the Annual Budget for the year 2022/2023 of £200,000 to be funded equally by Ceredigion and Powys County Councils as outlined in Appendix 1 to the report.

RESOLVED to approve the Annual Return for the year ending 31 March 2022. 5.4 Proposed 2023/24 revenue budget for Growing Mid Wales Board The Board considered the Annual Budget for 2023/24. Since the formal establishment of the Growing Mid Wales (GMW) Board development activity to date on the Mid Wales Growth Deal had largely been funded through spot contributions by the two Local Authorities and external grant funding (Welsh Government). RESOLVED 1. To note the 2022/23 Outturn position for the GMW Budget, as outlined in section 1 of the report. 2. To note the update regarding the Year 1 Mid Wales Growth Deal Funding and the current 15 year funding profile, as outlined in section 2 of the report. 3. To agree the principles for allowing Growth Deal funding to be used for Project Development costs, as outlined in section 3 of the report.
