RESOLVED that County Councillor Pete Lewington be elected Vice-Chair for the ensuing year. (proposed by Cllr Aled and Seconded by Cllr Chris) Acknowledged the re-appointment of Gareth Hall as the Governance and Audit Committee Representative to Finance Panel for the ensuing year. Chair, on behalf of the Panel, congratulated Jane Thomas on appointment as Director of Corporate Services.
