RESOLVED 1. To approve the Governance structure to oversee the delivery of the project, outlined in Appendix A to the report. 2. To approve the delegation of powers to the “Strategic Town Centre Investment Project Board” to oversee the delivery of the project. The delegation of powers being ‘restricted' to the scope, costs and programme outlined in the Memorandum of Understanding, application bid, Project Management Update and associated bid documentation. 3.
