Independent Lay Membership - Governance and Audit Committee
RESOLVED – (i) That the recommendation of the Appointments Panel that the successful applicant be appointed as an independent lay member to the Governance and Audit Committee for a period up to and including 24 May 2028 be approved. (ii) That Council supports that an advert goes out for the recruitment of three independent lay members of Governance and Audit Committee for the period up to 24 May 2028.
