Draft Statement of Gambling Policy
RESOLVED – (i) That it be noted that the draft Statement of Gambling Policy will be considered by the Council on 13 December 2023. (ii) That the draft Statement of Gambling Policy be amended to include the Local Member in the list of Interested Parties referenced in paragraph 6.2.1. (iii) That future consultations on the Draft Statement of Gambling Policy be extended to 28 days.

Draft Statement of Gambling Policy
RESOLVED – (i) That the draft Statement of Gambling Policy be approved. (ii) That at 6.21 of the Policy Document the Local elected Member is included as a consultee. Reason for decision To comply with the requirements of the Gambling Act 2005.
