RESOLVED – That permission be GRANTED in accordance with the recommendation of the Chief Officer Economy and Planning as set out in COEP/32/24 and Note 1 below. Note 1 - That the decision to grant be delegated to the Chief Officer Economy and Planning once NRW and Welsh Water were satisfied with proposals for the drainage/ phosphorous and a hydraulic modelling assessment had been undertaken and agreed to their satisfaction.
