AGREED – (i) That Executive Board be recommended to review the post-16 transport policy, taking on board the cost of living pressures; to encourage the progression of learners from Key Stage 4 to further education; and the commitment the Executive Board have made to the Welsh in Education Strategic Plan. AGREED – (i) To recommend to the Executive Board that some preparatory work is undertaken on the review of post-16 transport, prior to the outcome of the Welsh Government review of the Learner Travel (Wales) Measure 2008.
