Workforce Monitoring Information Annual Report
AGREED (i) Whilst the year 2022/23 would set the new baseline for performance data, that historical data prior to the Covid pandemic be included, where possible, to assist the Committee in establishing any trends. (ii) That performance data regarding leavers and starters be reported on a six monthly basis. (iii) That the sickness absence data include the percentage of sickness absence within each Department. AGREED – That the next report include:- (i) Breakdown of sickness reasons by Department. (ii) Benchmarking information. (iii) Breakdown of sickness into long and short term absences.

Annual Workforce Monitoring Report
AGREED – That the Committee thank Officers for their work in this area and support the work done to date. Members welcome a further report in 2024, with an interim update in December 2023.

Workforce Monitoring Information Report (Interim)
AGREED - (i)That the Committee thank the Officers and Lead Member for the report. (ii) That a full list of Workforce Monitoring reports used by Human Resources and Organisation Development Service be included in the Annual Report in July, to enable a review of the workforce information considered by the Committee.
