Draft ICT & Digital Strategy 2024/27
AGREED: That the Committee (i) Supports the work which has been done to produce the refresh of the ICT and digital Strategy for 2024-2027. (ii) Notes the benefits to the local authority in the use of ICT and digital technology. (iii) Welcome further developments in ICT and digital technology and that a progress report to Committee be scheduled for later in the year.

ICT & Digital Strategy 2024-27
RESOLVED – That the ICT & Digital Strategy 2024-27 be approved. Reasons for decisions (i) To enable the Council to deliver its Ensuring a Modern & Resilient Council priority by providing ICT infrastructure and digital capability and building on progress made to date to drive the Council forward as a truly Digital First authority. (ii) To ensure that the Council can meet customer expectations in providing digital options for accessing information and services.

Strategaeth TGCh a Digidol 2024-27: diweddariad ar y cynnydd
Llongyfarchodd y pwyllgor y tîm ar y cynnydd a wnaed. Cytunodd y dylid cyflwyno adroddiad blynyddol i gyfarfod 19 Mehefin 2025, a fydd yn cynnwys enghreifftiau o adrannau, gwersi a ddysgwyd, sut mae technoleg yn helpu'r gweithlu a'r cyhoedd, a dadansoddiad o gyfraddau colli e-byst a galwadau ffôn yn Contact Wrexham ac o fewn adrannau.
Mae eitemau'n cael eu cysylltu pan fydd eu teitlau'n rhannu'r rhan fwyaf o'u geiriau a'u bod o fewn 18 mis i'w gilydd. Dydy cynghorau ddim yn rhifo adroddiadau ar draws cyfarfodydd, felly gall ambell gysylltiad fod yn anghywir, a gall cam fod ar goll os newidiodd ei deitl yn fawr. Mae pob cam yn cysylltu â'r cyfarfod, lle mae papurau'r cyngor ei hun.
