RESOLVED – That a SITE VISIT be arranged for Members of the Committee to view the application site prior to determination of the application by the Committee. Reason for Visit: To allow Members to assess the relationship between the development and the neighbouring dwelling Barnwell in respect of visual dominance and overlooking.

RESOLVED - That permission be GRANTED in accordance with the recommendation of the Chief Officer Economy and Planning as set out in report COEP/08/23 Note 1 Conditions 5 and 13 and condition 18 added, as set out below: Condition 5 The development hereby permitted shall not be occupied until: i) All windows in the elevation facing south have been fitted with obscured glazing using obscure glass to Pilkington Level 3 or equivalent; and ii) Any part of the windows fitted in the elevation facing south that is less than 1.7m above the floor level of the room in which it is installed is non-op…
