RESOLVED:- · That the GAC receive regular updates from the Chief Executive giving qualiatative evidence of the success of actions taken to address the the resultant Audit Wales planning report. · That access to relevant training for the GAC Lay members will be provided. · That the Chair of the Governance and Audit Committee will liaise with the Chair of the Democratic Services Committee regarding the issues raised at this GAC meeting. · That the Chair of the GAC will meet with the Chair of the Standards Committee and the Chief Officer for Customer and Governance to discuss the overall, res…

Llywodraethu cynllunio: cynnydd ac adroddiad pellach
Cytunodd y Pwyllgor y bydd adroddiad cynnydd pellach ar drefniadau llywodraethu yn dod o fewn tri mis i adborth gan ymweliad diweddaraf Archwilio Cymru. Bydd yr adroddiad hwnnw'n cynnwys canlyniad Gweithred 8, sef adolygiad o'r Cod Ymddygiad, a Chynllun Gweithredu Cymdeithas Llywodraeth Leol Cymru (CLlLC) gydag arweinwyr ac amserlenni wedi'u nodi. Cytunodd y Pwyllgor hefyd i ymestyn y Gweithdy Gorfodi Cynllunio, a roddwyd i Aelodau'r Pwyllgor Cynllunio, i'r holl Gynghorwyr.
Mae eitemau'n cael eu cysylltu pan fydd eu teitlau'n rhannu'r rhan fwyaf o'u geiriau a'u bod o fewn 18 mis i'w gilydd. Dydy cynghorau ddim yn rhifo adroddiadau ar draws cyfarfodydd, felly gall ambell gysylltiad fod yn anghywir, a gall cam fod ar goll os newidiodd ei deitl yn fawr. Mae pob cam yn cysylltu â'r cyfarfod, lle mae papurau'r cyngor ei hun.
