RESOLVED:- (i) That the Statement of Accounts (Appendix 1) for the financial year 2021/2022 was approved. (ii) That the Committee agreed the contents of the management representation letter (Appendix 2). (iii) That the Head of Service Accountancy will contact the Collections Manager to confirm when the valuations for the Heritage Assets had been valued by Bonhams of Chester and will ascertain if a formal valuation would be required.
