Change Programme
RESOLVED – (i) That the establishment of a Change Programme as detailed in report COFI/16/24 be supported, along with the resourcing requirements to the deliver the Programme. (ii) That update reports on progress will be made to the Executive Board periodically. Reason for decisions To establish a mechanism to support the delivery of services and to support the delivery of a financially sustainable position over the next two years.

AGREED - That the Committee request that the Lead Member and Officers investigate a way for the Committee to discuss the next Change Programme report prior to the Executive Board.

Change Programme Arrangements
RESOLVED:- That the Governance and Audit Committee reviewed and evaluated the governance arrangements established to underpin and support the Council's Change Programme, ensuring regular updates are provided, scrutiny processes remain robust, risk management measures were adequately addressed, and forward planning aligned with strategic objectives.

Diweddariad ar y Rhaglen Newid a'r camau nesaf
Cytunodd y pwyllgor i argymell i'r Aelod Arweiniol dros Gyllid a Pherfformiad y dylai adroddiad diweddaru pellach ddod gerbron y pwyllgor ym mis Hydref 2025, pan fydd mwy o fanylion ar gael am y prosiectau o dan bob thema rhaglen. Cytunodd hefyd i argymell y dylai'r diweddariad gynnwys model ar gyfer meithrin y newid diwylliant sydd ei angen ar gyfer trawsnewid.
Mae eitemau'n cael eu cysylltu pan fydd eu teitlau'n rhannu'r rhan fwyaf o'u geiriau a'u bod o fewn 18 mis i'w gilydd. Dydy cynghorau ddim yn rhifo adroddiadau ar draws cyfarfodydd, felly gall ambell gysylltiad fod yn anghywir, a gall cam fod ar goll os newidiodd ei deitl yn fawr. Mae pob cam yn cysylltu â'r cyfarfod, lle mae papurau'r cyngor ei hun.
