Daeth y cynnig gan y Cynghorydd Mark Pritchard ac roedd yn ymwneud â gwasgaru ceiswyr lloches, sef y system ar gyfer rhoi ceiswyr lloches mewn llety ledled y DU. Penderfynodd y Cyngor alw ar Lywodraeth y DU i roi'r gorau i ddefnyddio asiantau preifat yn y system honno, i'w disodli â model sy'n atebol i'r cyhoedd, ac i ddatganoli cyfrifoldeb am lety ceiswyr lloches i Gymru. Penderfynodd hefyd adolygu ei Strategaeth Tai ei hun.
Apologies for absence were submitted on behalf of Councillors Paul Blackwell, Annette Davies, Malcolm King OBE, Becca Martin, Paul Rogers and Jerry Wellens.
