Strategic Equality Plan 2024-2028 scrutiny
The committee agreed a set of recommendations and comments to put forward for consideration. It recommended that the plan links to the County Plan and other council strategies, that it covers social media hate crime and abuse, that business growth in Torfaen is considered, and that the consultation is as wide as possible. It also asked to see the full strategy before it goes to Council for approval, and to review the training and monitoring that go with it.
